Special-purpose national defence and security facilities

We have led the construction and management of contemporary rescue depots, new custodial institutions and joint buildings accommodating various national defence agencies across Estonia.

Rescue depots

We lead the construction or renovation of many depreciated rescue depots across Estonia. The purpose is to modernise the working and living conditions of rescuers by ensuring energy efficiency and good indoor climate of rescue depots.

Joint buildings

We are also in charge of the construction of joint buildings that accommodate various national defence and security agencies across Estonia. The purpose is to bring state agencies with similar profile together in a single building, as a single major investment, which in turn helps to establish better working conditions for several agencies.

Custodial institutions

Under our leadership, three custodial institutions that meet modern requirements have been built in Estonia, located in Tartu, Jõhvi and Harju county (Rae rural municipality, Tallinn). Thus, the construction of custodial institutions in Estonia has ended and there are no other plans to build similar facilities in the future.
