The objective of Riigi Kinnisvara is to provide real estate services primarily to state authorities and providers of public services and to advise state authorities and providers of public services on real estate-related issues.

Our principal activities are real estate management and development (incl. repairs).

We also provide specific services in the form of asset management services and services ordered as one-off projects.
